    • 'Little Sumpin', Sumpin Ale

      Way Smooth and Silky; ABV 7.5; O.G. 1.071; IBU 65; Pair With: Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Tikka Masala; Way smooth and silky with a nice wheatly-esque-ishness. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans but so smooth that the hefeweizen fans dig it too.

      A Unique Dry-Hopped Sweet Tart Sour Mash Ale; ABV 5.7; O.G. 1.058; IBU 33; We soured the wort on the Hot Side with Lactobacillus for a few days and then brewed up this smooth and hoppy sour. It tastes like a big bowl of fruity candy or some chewable flavored vitamins, but what's the difference? It's sweet, tart, and sassy, just like the tasty cherry pie that your favorite aunt makes. For all the Aunt Sally's out there, You know who you are.

      Brown Shugga' Substitute Ale; ABV 7.85; O.G. 1.07; IBU 63.21; Pair With: Pork loin, Humboldt Fog & Crackers; This beer is a 'cereal medley' of barley, rye, wheat, and oats. Full of complexishness from the 4 grains, then joyously dry-hopped for that big aroma and resinous flavor.

    • Maximus

      Kinda like our IPA on steroids; ABV 8.2; O.G. 1.08; IBU 59; Pair With: Coconut curry with fried hot dried chili anchovy-infused paste, lime rind, and lemongrass served over jasmine rice. Flavor so hoppy it threatens to remove the enamel from one's teeth.

    • Censored

      Malty, Roasty, and Deceptively Smooth; ABV 6.70; O.G. 1.06; IBU 39; Pair With: Kronik Chili with four fried chickens. and dry white toast; This Amber-esque ale gets more of a cocoa-toasty flavor from the use of chocolate malts.

    • Hop Stoopid

      A Double-Barrel Dose of Malt and Hops; ABV 8; O.G. 1.07; IBU 102; Pair With: Point Reyes Farmstead Toma Cheese; The beer with a guarantee built right into the name, this one is destined to blast through the flavors from the night before. Massively dry-hopped for your aromatic pleasure.

    • Imperial Stout

      Dark, Thick, and Scary; ABV 9.9; O.G. 1.09; IBU 45; Pair With: Fabulous Frapples a la mode with frozen cinnamon vanilla yogurt; Made with Highly roasted malted barley, and plenty of it, to give the beer an uncommon richness and smoky, roasty depth…sorta like a hydraulic sandwich in a glass.

    • The Down Low

      A dry and hoppy, stoooooopidly slammable copper ale!; ABV 3.9; O.G. 1.0420; IBU 42.0; This dry and hoppy copper ale is packed full of some of our favorite Northwestern Hops from Perrault Farms (over 2 lbs. per barrel!), and copper-fied with some dark crystal malts to make this tropical, earthy, and stoooopidly slammable ale.

    • 12th of Never Ale

      Tropically Hoppy. Light, yet Full-Bodied. Bright and Citrusy. Uber ESB?; ABV 9.3; O.G. 1.08; IBU 66.5; Pair With: A minced dandelined-nettle blend atop a bed of bitter, aromatic greens, and corned-beef; Our malty and rich beer with a snappy hop finish truly defies style. mperial Mild? Uber ESB? We do know for sure that it is Unforgiven and Unrepentant.

      First Brewed in 1995; ABV 8; O.G. 1.078; IBU 50; A creamy, pale oat ale hopped up with a huge charge of Equinox and Simcoe hops for a piney, eucalyptus, cedar, sprucey, forest blast. First brewed in 1995. brewed today in a time of change.

      An Ultra-Mega-Mondo Red Ale; ABV 8.8; O.G. 1.080; IBU 55; An ultra-mega-mondo red ale first made for our anniversary in 2006 to celebrate thirteen years of brewing ultra-mega-mondo ales.

    • Stoopid Wit

      An Un-Freakin'-Filtered Hoppy Belgian-ish Wit; ABV 6%; This UNFILTERED Belgian-ish Wit-ly-esque-ish-ness brew features a dry twang of hoppy bitterness and is perfect for the summertime drinking!

    • Wilco Tango Foxtrot

      WTF, Rich, Smooth, Dangerous, and Chocolatey; ABV 7.85; O.G. 1.072; IBU 64.20; Rich, smooth, dangerous, and chocolatey. It's a big ol' hoppy Imperial Brown Ale to help you with your slippery slide on into the heat of the night.

      Ale Brewed With Boatloads of Oats and a Mountain of Hops; ABV 10.5; O.G. N/A; IBU N/A; This big boozy blonde was brewed with a boatload of oats, giving it a creamy, sweet mouthfeel with a hoppy blast. It's like a powdered sugar doughnut topped with deliciously bitter, danky resinous hops. Chow down!

    • High Westified Imperial Coffee Stout

      Ale Brewed with Coffee and then Aged in High West Rye Barrels; ABV 12%; O.G. High; This beer couldn't have been done without the help from our friends at High West Distillery in Park City, UT and Petaluma Coffee Company. We brewed a rich, malty Imperial Stout with some Dogfather's Roar coffee beans, then let it vintag-ize in High West Rye and Bourbon Barrels.It's good to have friends. A rich and Malty Imperial Stout with Petaluma Coffee Co's DogFathers Roar Coffee, vintage-ized in High West Distillery Oak Barrels.

    • Citrusinesis Pla Ale

      Brewed with natural blood orange flavors; ABV 8.0; O.G. tbd; IBU tbd; We took some fresh Sanguinello Blood oranges, juiced 'em, concentrated that juice (without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our New Dogtown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst!

    • The Waldos Special Ale

      Brewed for all the treasure hunters; ABV 11.5; O.G. 1.105; IBU 100+; Pair With: Good with Beer-battered Twinkies Con Queso…you can find out why if you google 'Waldo 420'; Herbaceous. Botanical. Dank. Resinous.

    • Again Born Yesterday

      Ple Ale, An UnFiltered Born Again Pale Ale for all the wet hop lovers!; ABV 7.5; O.G. 1.065; IBU 55; We've discovered that the Lagunitas brewers are part time alchemists, they've figured out how to keep wet hops wet all freakin' year long! The next beer in our 2016 #OneHitter Series is this Born Again Yesterday Pale Ale, which features a delicious concoction of wet hops, reborn and unfiltered into our Born Yesterday Pale Ale. Congrats, It's a beer again!
